MATERNITY COVER for Lunch Cover - Early Years Practitioner
Qualification: Level 2 or 3 in Early Years.
Experience with age Group: 6 Months - 5 Years
Start Date: APRIL 2026
Ashley Cross Montessori is seeking a kind and dedicated person who values meaningful relationships to work in the kitchen, and set up our classroom at lunch time at our wonderful nursery. If you are passionate about supporting young children's development in a collaborative setting, this role is for you!

About the Role:
As a Lunch Cover Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive lunch experience for the children. Your responsibilities will include:
Heating and preparing food for the nursery.
Preparing the classroom for the lunch session
Serving children at lunchtime and encouraging them to eat the healthy, balanced variety of foods
Cleaning the kitchen and classroom after the lunch session
You'll work closely with our team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, making the most of our stunning classroom and outdoor space
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for early years education and supporting young children's development.
Has experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
Is creative, energetic, and able to inspire a sense of wonder in young children.
Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Salary: Qualified18+ year olds, 15 hours per week (£10,709.40 per annum) (£13.73 per hour).
